1. Completion of Series A Financing

   In March 2021, Lanxin Technology announced the completion of its Series A financing, led by Blue Pool Venture Capital, with participation from Wisemind Ventures. The funding accelerated the widespread adoption of Lanxin's self-developed mobile robot deep vision system, LX-MRDVS.

2. Eagle-M3 Launch

   In April 2021, Lanxin Technology launched the 3D visual sensor Eagle-M3.

   - Field of view: 72X55°/109X90°.

   - Detection distance: With algorithm optimization, the farthest detection distance can reach 12 meters.

   - Output images: Synchronously outputs intensity images, depth images, and point cloud images.

3. Obtaining CE Certification from the EU

   In May 2021, Lanxin Technology's 3D visual sensor WUKONG received CE certification from the European Union. This sensor, based on structured light technology, is a high-precision 3D camera (including intelligent algorithms) mainly used for visual perception in operations such as mechanical grippers grabbing working objects.

4. Launch of Visual SLAM AGV

   In May 2021, Lanxin Technology released the Visual SLAM AGV.

   - Equipped with Lanxin's self-developed visual navigation module, adaptable to high-dynamic-changing and spacious scenes where laser SLAM may not be suitable.

   - Features a self-developed 3D visual obstacle avoidance camera, ensuring safer navigation by detecting obstacles such as pedestrians and low obstacles in the environment.

   In August 2021, Lanxin Technology unveiled the ton-level handling robot FR31000L, equipped with the LX-MRDVS mobile robot deep vision system.

   In October 2021, Lanxin Technology won the "Industry Classic Case Award" with its intelligent logistics solution for photovoltaic smart production line material handling.

   - Winning case: Automatic loading and unloading of solar cell baskets, intelligent handling in the photovoltaic industry.

   - Acknowledged for empowering the photovoltaic industry production line logistics with "deep vision," providing a flexible logistics solution with high efficiency, high precision, high stability, and full-process informatization.

10. Completion of Series B Financing

    In November 2021, Lanxin Technology successfully completed its Series B financing with an amount exceeding one billion RMB. Following this financing round, Lanxin will continue to focus on the 3C electronics industry and actively expand into new energy, packaging, and railway chemical industries. The company will accelerate the commercialization of its core technology, LX-MRDVS, while fostering the construction of an upstream and downstream partner ecosystem.
